What shapes public opinion?

Answer: For decades, political scientists such as V.O. Key, Jr., have been studying political behavior and public opinion’s impact on elections. You need to know that political ideologies can be shaped by the following. Disclaimer: It should be noted that these are complete generalizations, and there are obviously many people of all backgrounds who vote both for the Democratic and Republican Party. However, for the course, you need to know the generalizations.

NOTE: In terms of voting in general, age becomes a factor. Especially in non-Presidential elections, older people are more likely to vote than younger people. This doesn’t always mean they are more active in politics, it just means they make it their business to get to the polls to cast a ballot.
