Honestly -- this is the best waffle I have ever had. It was crunchy, yet soft -- yet flaky, yet melted in your mouth. The cream was as fresh as can be. There were some weird particles in my hot chocolate ... but to rate this waffle fairly, it is a 10. It is worth going to Belgium just for the waffles.
