Salem reminded me of Roswell, NM ... a tourist trap for an event that may not have even happened there. Were there really witches? History points against it ... but for some reason, there is Frankenstein, Dracula, the Wolf Man, and every other monster promoted here. If I was a local resident of Salem ... I'm not sure how many actors pretending to be from the 17th Century I could take at the grocery store.
