Raw Fish and Guinea Pigs

Peruvian cuisine is diverse and tasty. Really, it was some of the best I have ever had ... especially the 1,000 types of potatoes. But to the left ... well ... I was told that ceviche is the best Peruvian dish ... a true signature. So I ordered it ... and it was ... CHUNKS OF RAW FISH. Not like Sushi fish ... like HUGE CHUNKS OF GROUPER. But I didn't want to insult the staff at this restaurant. So I started to hide chunks of fish everywhere on the dish. You see those potatoes -- well, they were good for about 1/4 of the fish. Another delicacy is guinea pig ... but I don't think too many American tourists eat that. You know how you pick out a lobster at a seafood restaurant ... you can do the same in Peru with a guinea pig ... but a guinea pig is way cuter than a lobster.
