Iglesia de San Francisco is famous by itself. However, beneath the church are the fascinating catacombs. I got this picture off of an educational website (no photography allowed). Huaca Pucllana is more ancient than the Incas. This is an adobe excavation site that details a culture from c200 AD.

The remains of Conquistador Francisco Pizarro are buried at this Cathedral in the Main Square.
